Key Areas of Responsibility

Work with our Creative Team to develop, and maintain our client's web sites utilizing the latest web standards and technologies for a highly diverse portfolio of engaging and demanding clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Solid understanding of standards-based front-end development utilizing: HTML, CSS3, & JQuery / JavaScript.
  • Experience utilizing front-end frameworks such as Twitter Bootstrap, jQuery and HTML5 Boilerplate.
  • Candidate should be familiar with the latest features in PHP 5.3+, MySQL.
  • Experience developing websites using MODx as a CMS.
  • Ability to develop using MODx Standards.
  • Ability to write and extend custom MODx plug-ins and extras.
  • Experience working with version control systems, preferably in teams.
  • Work both independently and in conjunction with other developers.
  • Thorough quality assurance testing of all web projects.
  • Work with project leads to obtain estimates for 3rd party needs such as programming and development.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and online marketing terminology and practice a plus.

  • Fluency and literacy in current web and design trends.
  • Understanding of standards-based front-end development utilizing: HTML, CSS3, & JQuery / JavaScript.
  • Experience utilizing front-end frameworks such as Twitter Bootstrap, jQuery and HTML5 Boilerplate.
  • Ability to develop using WordPress Standards.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and online marketing terminology and practice a plus.

This position will enable The Sable Business Group to build the brands of our clients through generation of unique and original written and creative content. Client content marketing writers work closely with the Director of Online Marketing and Creative teams, to devise, plan, and execute content generation for our clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Create unique descriptions, bios, press releases, marketing material and other original content for Eff Creative’s vast portfolio of clients.
  • Tagging articles and content with relevant keywords within WordPress CMS and other online marketing management tools
  • Describing and communicating client brand messaging through effective and efficient use of social media and online marketing tools

Essential Pre-Requisite Skills

  • Strong command of the English language with a solid background in marketing, PR, and/or media.
  • Understanding of effective online outreach and metrics.
  • Expertise in SEO, social media marketing, online advertising, and any other online marketing preferred.

Primary Purpose of the Position

This position will enable The Sable Business Group to build the brands of our clients; increasing revenue and profit while optimizing spend across Digital marketing channels. The Online Marketing Project Manager will work very closely with the Director of Online Marketing and Creative teams, to devise, plan, and execute content generation for our clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Create and execute comprehensive content generation strategies and plans
  • Drive growth in all Digital traffic vehicles (both paid and unpaid), to ensure traffic volumes meet strategic growth priorities for The Sable Business Group.
  • Selection and management of vendors and agencies that support the team’s activities.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports: draw insights, help the team identify optimization tactics, adjust strategy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accountable for management and goal setting of, paid search, natural search, display, marketplaces and affiliates.
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and statistics to monitor and adjust key marketing programs in order to maximize growth.
  • Manage programs to expected ROI with an understanding of cost of acquisition, retention and life time value.
  • Source and manage third party marketing agency(ies) by channel.
  • Provide analysis of the competition, customers, market, and industry trends.
  • Assesses new digital marketing and business development opportunities, provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Partners with merchandising, brand marketing, customer marketing, and FP&A to effectively execute campaigns and generate unique brand specific content.
  • Participate in annual and quarterly business planning, develop and manage the content creation budgets.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Deep understanding of the mechanics of getting new customers across all web channels, from email, web advertising, SEO, to Social Media
  • Ability to set, monitor, and improve key online marketing performance metrics
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce including experience managing a CMS such as Magento
  • Deep understanding of WordPress
  • Preference will be given to candidates with coding ability in the following areas: HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, PHP
  • Excellent skills soft skills: communication, poised, self-directed, team oriented, thirst for knowledge, client first attitude required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Experience managing Google Adwords / Analytics and Yahoo / MSN adCenter,
  • Experience in cost per acquisition marketing, and setting up KPIs associated with performance based advertising, SMM, and SEO.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred.
  • A genuine interest in online marketing and a desire to continue learning/honing associated skills

  • Coordinates online marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Collaborates with internal departments on projects and assignments
  • Demonstrates interest in social media and how media and communication strategies can continuously engage the online community
  • Provide links to 1-3 social networking profiles to demonstrate interest and knowledge
  • Possesses skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and customer management
